Admission Requirements

    Baptized, confirmed, and a Communicant

  • 2

    Good physical and mental health

  • 3

    A minimum of five (5) credits in SSCE/WAEC/NECO including English and Mathematics

  • 4

    Age 18–25 years (WAEC/NECO holders)

  • 5

    Age 18–32 years (NCE / OND / HND / Degree holders)

  • 6

    A genuine desire to follow Christ in the Franciscan tradition

The Journey of Formation

Aspirancy

Initial contact and discernment — attending vocation weekends and learning about religious life.

Postulancy

Living in community for 6–12 months, deepening discernment and receiving initial formation.

Novitiate

A canonical year of intensive spiritual formation, study, and community life.

Temporary Vows

First profession of vows — renewed annually for several years.

Perpetual Vows

Definitive consecration — a lifelong gift of self to God and the congregation.
